Art therapy

  • Individual 60 min session: $180 ($165 for concession holders)

  • 90min family counselling sessions are 90 min and $250

  • Groups session (min 4 per group) $52 per person

We offer a sliding scale for a limited number of time slots for individuals with financial constraints who are unable to attend weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Please get in touch with me to discuss and work out a plan that best suits your needs. I currently send invoices via email after each session.

Art Lab

Holiday program 7-14yrs

  • 4hr group session: $120

  • Art Lab is an amazing free-play art studio that provides a wide range of art materials, plenty of inspiration, and gentle guidance to tweens and teens who love to explore their creativity. It is based on the "loose parts theory," which encourages kids to test and experiment with art materials in order to develop their innate creativity. Each session is facilitated by qualified art therapists, and the program is designed to help children develop their creativity, agency, self-confidence, and social skills. The semi-structured sessions at Art Lab allow each child to explore and create with various art materials, while a menu of art prompts ignites their imagination.

 

Art Club

group program 7-100yrs

  • $30 per person - all materials supplied

    Art Club is a free-play art studio that provides all the materials, tons of inspiration, and gentle guidance for you to follow your creative instincts. Based on the loose parts theory, Art Lab encourages everyone to take a break from daily expectations and experiment with art materials to explore and develop their innate creativity. Each session is facilitated by qualified art therapists and is designed to help develop creativity, agency, self-confidence, and social skills. The semi-structured sessions provide each participant with the opportunity to make and create with a wide range of art materials, while a menu of art prompts aims to stir their imagination. This can be a great afterschool activity or corporate team-building exercise.
