Hi, I’m Annette and I’m qualified Art Therapist and practicing artist who believes in the transformative power of creativity. My journey started as an illustrator and artist, where I experienced firsthand the profound impact that creating art can have on emotional well-being. This realization inspired me to help others unlock their potential and find their voice through the creative process.
My approach is deeply person-centered and strengths-based, gentle and playful, focusing on each individual's unique story and needs. I work through a trauma-informed lens, using neurodiverse affirming, anti-oppressive, and feminist ideologies, acknowledging and valuing diversity.
Whether you are looking to manage your mental health, stay afloat during a crisis, establish sustainable self-care, or build self-compassion, I am here to support you. Through the creative process, we can explore and express emotions that might be difficult to articulate with words. I offer individual and group art therapy sessions both in person and online, ensuring that everyone has access to the healing power of art.
